✅ I've been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ since I was 14 years old. (I'm 67 now.)

✅ I've been a missionary pastor and gospel singer for over 40 years, starting in my home country of Argentina, then moving to Spain for 18 years, Brazil for 5 years, and traveling back and forth to the U.S. since 1995 for the same purpose. (My historical record attests to this.)

✅ Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Theology from Stila Seminary.

✅ I belong to the International Ministry "End Time Handmaidens and Servants," based in Arkansas and 110 nations. I was Director of that Ministry in Spain for 22 years. (I have a Credential Letter certifying this.)

✅ I was an Ambassador for 15 years in Europe for the Kingsway Fellowship Ministry based in Iowa.

✅ I founded the NGO "Misión Amor" in Spain, feeding more than 200 families and helping battered women and the elderly for 14 years.

✅ I founded the "Aguas Profundas" Seminary solely for the training of mature leaders.

✅ I am the author of several Christian books, which can be found on Amazon Kindle.

My entire resume is much more extensive than described above, but I remain at your disposal for any questions or if you're interested in learning more.

As I said, my entire historical record is in your archives, dating back to my first entry into the country in 1995. From that day to this, I've never had an incident in your country and have never used any government benefits or aid. I entered as a missionary pastor and Christian singer under the umbrella of the End Time Handmaidens and Servens Ministry. I participated in Christian events as a speaker, and that's why I entered every year to go on a missionary tour. There were times when I stayed there for six months, others for three months, and almost always only 30 or 40 days, always with the same purpose: Christian missions, Christian seminars, evangelistic events, and even vacations.

I did the same in Europe, living in Spain for 18 years, then in Brazil and South America for five years, and finally, traveling to the U.S. in 2016 for another missionary tour. At that time, a religious visa was already being prepared to live more dedicatedly in your country and continue traveling to the nations, but unfortunately, everything fell through following the death of the ministry's founder, Sister Gwen Shaw. Nevertheless, I decided to stay in the country in sincere obedience to God's call to serve there. I know that was a grave mistake, and when I decided to leave for Europe again, the well-known COVID-19 pandemic struck, and I had to stay longer until the situation normalized.

I finally decided to return to Europe on my own (making the innocent mistake of not consulting lawyers), and that's when the immigration police stopped me at the New Jersey airport.

Please examine my Historical Record and verify that since 1995, I have never caused any problems or been involved in anything shady. My attitude towards life has always been impeccable in every way.

I have never used anything from the United States, neither medicine nor any social assistance.

(My health is excellent, and I can attach a medical examination of my current condition.)

That is why I am also attaching my "Criminal Record" from my country of origin, Argentina, and also from my parents' country, Spain, to show that my life has always been one of good character and with nothing to hide.

I beg you to please forgive me for the deportation I suffered and give me another opportunity to enter the country again for a few days.

I'll explain why I need it

I've consulted immigration lawyers, and some refuse to take my case because, according to the law, I have to wait until I've served my sentence... and I understand their position based on the law. (Could there be any exceptions?)

There are Christian ministries that are waiting for my return to preach and teach at specific events. And they are willing to send me a special invitation, but for that, I'm waiting for a response from the U.S. government.

I also need that "Pardon" to re-enter Canada and Puerto Rico to continue my conferences and seminars for leaders.

I don't want to do anything illegal, it was never my intention, and that's why I humbly request that special forgiveness also to attend various missionary events and activations of the ministry I represent in the nations and which is based in the U.S.

My life in the U.S. was never about crime or terrorism. My sole objective was to preach and teach Christ and this Risen Lord. My entire life was dedicated to that "calling," and I have been doing so since I was 14 years old. I have no political or religious ideologies. The goal is to love and to help anyone in need in any area, regardless of race.

I also attach letters, documents, ministerial credentials, and I can present many letters of recommendation from local and international ministries. I can even apply for another religious visa.

I am currently based in southern Spain, specifically in the city of Torremolinos, Málaga, and from there I am traveling to the United Nations with my missionary work.
